About Lincoln Centre
Lincoln Centre has long been recognized as one of Dallas’ premier office properties.  Stunning glass towers stand at the southeast corner of LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway – a location that offers outstanding access and visibility.  It’s a combination that gives Lincoln Centre landmark identity, exceptional beauty, outstanding amenities, prestige, and above all, location, location, location.

In 2004, Lincoln Centre underwent major interior renovations totaling $10 million.  All entrance lobbies now feature European limestone, hand-brushed stainless steel paintings by Texas artists, and touch-screen directories with real-time news, weather and sports.  Elevator lobbies and building systems have been updated as well.

In 2007 Something Exciting Happened At Lincoln Centre when it underwent major exterior renovations throughout the property! These renovations included the addition of the monument sign at the Harvest Hill as well as the replacement of all way finding signage throughout the property.  The Two/Three Lincoln Centre Porte Cochere, walkup and drive were redesigned.  The East Garage entrances were upgraded to include canopied entrances as well as repainting the entire exterior of the garages. All lighting and landscaping features were also updated throughout the complex during the renovations.

Lincoln Centre has been an Energy Star certified building from 2009-2015.

Lincoln Centre has been a BOMA360 designated building since 2011, and recently renewed this designation until 2017.

TIAA and Cushman & Wakefield have great plans for Lincoln Centre.

Expect Greatness!
