Rent is due on the first day of each month per the lease document. As a courtesy, monthly rental statements are sent to you for your review of current and miscellaneous charges, along with any past due balances. All of the above is considered rent and is subject to late charges if not paid within the terms of the lease agreement. Please refer to your lease document for details concerning your rental payments.

In order to provide you with alternative rental payment options, TIAA-Lincoln Centre accepts wires, ACH’s and checks. Please contact the Management Office for wiring instructions.
NOTE: Rental payments will not be accepted in the Management Office.
