Lincoln Centre offers a modern Conference Center for the exclusive use of tenants.
The LC3 Conference Center accommodates 120 occupants. It features a lobby area with built in USB- charging stations as well as free WIFI access. The kitchen is equipped with an extended island, ideal for buffet style catering, a refrigerator, sink and ice maker. The Conference Center also offers state of the art A/V technology, handheld and lapel body pack microphones, as well as black out curtains that help to create an ambience for successful presentations and events.

Rental Fees:
Free for Tenant Use. There is an Automatic Set Up/ Cleaning Fee of $75 per day of use.
Billing:
Conference Center rental fees are applied and billed to tenants as additional rent under tenant's Lease. The expense appears on the statement issued the month after rental of the space. Payments via credit card, check and cash are not accepted.
