All contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, moving companies and others performing work of any type for the tenant are required to carry insurance and show proof of coverage. The tenant should deliver to the Management Office a Certificate of Insurance that shows the required coverages and names the Building Owner and Building Manager as the certificate holder and reference coverage applying to work performed at 5400, 5420, & 5430 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, TX 75240. This must be provided at least 10 days prior to entry into the project. A sample Vendor Certificate of Insurance Form reflecting the insurance coverage requirements should be submitted by your office’s Authorized Tenant Representative. Renewal certificates must be provided at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of certificates previously on file in the Management Office.
