Building Signage and Directory


Tenant door signage must be ADA compliant, and will be ordered and billed to the tenant by the Management Office upon move in to Lincoln Centre. To request a door sign, a Tenant Request for Building Signage Form must be completed by the Authorized Tenant Representative and sent to the Management Office via email, fax or hand delivery. Company logos are permitted on tenant door signage and must be submitted in digital format to the Management Office. Signage delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of order. Paper signage of any type is not permitted on multi-tenant entrance doors, elevator lobbies, corridors, restrooms, etc. More specific information regarding signage cost, style, etc. can be obtained by contacting the Management Office.

No signs, decals, directories, posters, advertisements, or notices shall be painted or affixed on or to any of the windows or doors, or in corridors or other parts of the Building without prior written consent of the Landlord.
